A Pause After Landing: Laksa and Champagne | Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge (Changi T2)
After BR215 touched down in Singapore, I made my way to the SilverKris Lounge in Terminal 2. A bowl of laksa, a glass of Charles Heidsieck and a hot shower turned a five-hour layover into a small journey of its own. Location, entry eligibility, facilities and dining notes are all here, for fellow Singapore Airlines travellers planning an unhurried pause of their own.

Fed Well, Slept Well, and Woke Up in Singapore | EVA Air BR215 Royal Laurel Class
From the beef soup at The Garden to a Royal Laurel lunch at thirty thousand feet – BR215 from Taoyuan to Singapore: Laurent-Perrier champagne, braised beef and a Bordeaux red; then a nap after the meal, and I woke to Changi.

Won Over by a Bowl of Beef Soup Before Departure | EVA Air The Garden Lounge
On a departure morning that began before daylight, I sat down first in The Garden — a clay pot of Tian Xiang Lou Dongpo pork, a bowl of clear beef soup, and finally, bread from Le Moût redeemed with DragonPass in hand, I made my way contentedly to the gate.
